Lynn L. Blake

Lynn L. Blake, MBA, CPA (inactive), joined Nuwellis as Chief Financial Officer in October 2022. Lynn was formerly a Managing Director with Growth Operators Advisory Services, LLC, since January 2020. She is a senior financial professional with a strong track record in public and private equity-owned companies ranging from start-up to Fortune 500 and led the successful IPO of Tactile Systems Technology (“Tactile Medical”) in 2016. Lynn served as Chief Financial Officer of Taylor-Wharton International LLC from 2014-2015 and as Chief Financial Officer of Analysts International Corporation from 2012-2013, preceded by senior financial leadership roles at Entegris, Inc. and MTS Systems Corporation. Lynn brings to Nuwellis broad industry experience, including medical device/healthcare, global manufacturing, consumer products, media, and IT services.

Lynn also serves as the Audit Committee Chair of The trū Shrimp Companies, is a member of the Strategic Advisory Board of Elire, Inc. and the Strategic Advisory Board of the Twin Cities Chapter of the CFO Leadership Council and serves as the Treasurer and Operating Affairs Committee Chair of Volunteers of America’s Minnesota/Wisconsin affiliate.

Lynn received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
