Laurent Giroud

Laurent Giroud has a strong work experience in the video game industry. Laurent started their career at Eden Games in 1998 as a Senior Programmer, specializing in Tech & Tools teams. Laurent then joined Funcom Games Canada in 2007, where they worked as a Senior Programmer, focusing on maintenance and development of version and deployment pipeline scripts and tools. Laurent also gained experience in resource management and Perforce depot administration. In 2012, they moved to Ubisoft Montréal as a Tools Programmer. After that, Laurent worked at Behaviour Interactive as a Senior Programmer and Nvizzio Creations Inc. as both a Senior Programmer and a Lead Programmer.

Laurent Giroud completed their education as follows: From 1990 to 1992, they attended Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, where they obtained a DUT degree in Génie Electrique & Informatique Industrielle. From 1992 to 1994, they pursued their studies at the same university and received a DEUG degree in Mathematics and Physics. Lastly, from 1994 to 1997, they achieved a Maîtrise degree in Computer Science from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
