Ryan Abrams has a diverse range of work experience. Ryan currently works as a scientist at the Nuclear Waste Management Organization since 2021. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2021, they worked at Golder as a hydrogeologist. In this role, they were part of an infrastructure engineering team and was involved in various projects related to water, wastewater, and gas. Ryan'sresponsibilities included analyzing technical data, creating and maintaining databases, conducting monitoring and analysis, assisting with environmental assessments, and managing field projects. Additionally, they were a head teaching assistant at Queen's University in 2015, a hydrogeology field assistant in 2014, and a paleontological field assistant in 2013.

Ryan Abrams has a strong educational background in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences. Ryan completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree at Queen's University from 2010 to 2014. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from Queen's University, which they completed from 2015 to 2016.

Ryan Abrams has also obtained several additional certifications. In June 2016, they completed the Surface Miner Training Course offered by the Ontario Stone, Sand & Gravel Association. Ryan also holds a Standard First Aid Level C + AED certification from the Red Cross, which they obtained in May 2016. Additionally, they have received training in Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) in May 2016. The institution providing the WHMIS certification is not mentioned.
