Rinat Shigapov

Rinat Shigapov is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in Rust development and machine learning. Currently serving as a Rust Software Engineer at NXLog since June 2022, Rinat focuses on designing and developing internal services for the NXLog Cloud Platform, contributing to SQLx Toolkit, and proposing innovative architectures for microservices. Previously, Rinat held roles such as Machine Learning Engineer at RingCentral and ML Infrastructure Engineer at Intelligence Retail, where contributions included building ML infrastructure and developing backend services for speech recognition. Earlier positions at Condé Nast Russia and other companies involved data engineering, CI pipeline creation, and service optimization. Rinat holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Perm State Technical University and a qualification in International and Intercultural Communication from Regional Management Center.
