Amber Moceri

Amber Moceri currently serves as a Business Analyst at NXT Level Technologies, LLC, where responsibilities include facilitating the migration from a legacy Salesforce platform to the Salesforce Financial Cloud. Prior to this role, Amber held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at Insurity, managing large insurance carrier accounts and fostering relationships with customer leadership. Amber’s experience also includes significant roles at Mutual of Enumclaw, where leadership included supervising a team of adjusters, training new hires, and improving operational procedures in material damage claims. Amber began a career in the insurance sector with diverse roles at Progressive Insurance and also gained experience as a Subrogation Specialist for the State of Washington's Crime Victims Compensation Unit. Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Washington State University.
