Tina Burns

Tina Burns possesses extensive experience in property management and real estate operations, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Nxt Property Management since March 2022. Previously, during an eight-year tenure at Greystar, Tina held positions including Senior Director of Real Estate, where oversight extended to 115 properties and nearly 30,000 units across the Midwest region, and Director of Real Estate for both the Minneapolis and Los Angeles offices. Prior to Greystar, Tina was President of Operations at Cornerstone Residential, directing a 6,000-unit portfolio and significantly enhancing operational efficiency and profitability. Tina also gained valuable experience as a Regional Property Manager at Apartment Management Consultants from 2008 to 2012.
