Kavitha M has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment. Kavitha started their career as a Technical Recruiter at Centizen, Inc. in 2014, where they were involved in all phases of recruiting and dealt with direct client requirements. In 2015, they joined E*Pro Inc (Sensiple Technology) as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they gained experience in sourcing, screening candidates, and working across different domains. In 2019, they joined New York Global Consultants Inc. (NYGCI) as a Sr. IT Recruiter, delivering quality solutions to local and global customers. In 2020, they became the Candidate Success Lead at Epergne Solutions Pvt Ltd, and they are currently working as a Sr. IT Recruiter APAC at NYGCI since 2022.

Kavitha M completed their secondary education at Sarah Tucker Higher Secondary School for Girls in Tirunelveli from 2001 to 2010. Kavitha then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) at the Government College of Engineering in Tirunelveli from 2010 to 2014.
