Faiz Usmani

Faiz Usmani has over 17 years of work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Faiz began their career in 2002 as an Associate Consultant at iFlex Technologies and worked there until 2005. Faiz then moved on to Arcot R&D Software Limited, where they served as a Sustenance Engineer from 2005 to 2007. Following this, Usmani worked for Outdu Mediatech Private Limited as a Principal Engineer in 2007-2008. In 2008, they joined CA Technologies as a Solutions Engineering Architect, where they provided thought leadership on security projects for current and prospective customers. Faiz also played a key role in proposing, designing, and developing security solutions based on customer requirements. Usmani continued their journey at CA Technologies as a Product Owner and Solutions Engineering Architect from 2017 to 2018. Faiz collaborated closely with pre-sales and sales teams, providing valuable inputs for RFPs and Proof of Concepts. In 2018, they joined Securience as an Engineering Lead and contributed to various engineering projects until 2019. Currently, Usmani holds the position of a Solution Design Principal at Nymi, where they apply their expertise in designing solutions for various clients.

Faiz Usmani has a diverse education history. Faiz started their academic journey in 1984 and completed their Higher Sec and Senior Sec education at St Francis College Lucknow in 1996. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University, graduating in 2001. Continuing their education, Faiz then attended the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore from 2001 to 2003, earning a PGDIT (Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology) with a specialization in IT.
