Thomas He

Thomas has been working in the field since 2009. Thomas began their career at Kraft Foods as a Package Development Coordinator. In 2011, they moved to Mondelēz International as an Associate Scientist - Packaging. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. as a Packaging Technologist. In 2016, Thomas joined Centivizer Inc. as a Mechanical Engineering Consultant. In 2018, they were hired by Trinetra Systems Inc. as a UX Consultant. Thomas is currently employed at Nymi, where they work as a Technical Product Manager and User Experience Architect. In this role, they design coherent user experiences, validates design hypotheses via user study, and analyzes product usage data to identify new research initiatives and track product performance.

Thomas attended the University of Toronto from 2006 to 2011, where they received a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) with Honours in Mechanical Engineering. Thomas then returned to the University of Toronto from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (Human Computer Interaction).
