Ann Ekman

Ann Ekman has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ann'smost recent role is as HR Director at Nynas AB since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Epiroc as an HR Manager from 2018 to 2022, where they were responsible for strategic and operational HR, change management, negotiations with trade unions, and implementing a new HR strategy. Before Epiroc, Ann held various HR Manager positions at Atlas Copco from 2012 to 2018, where they managed a team, chaired the Nordic HR Managers' Network, and set policies and strategies for the Nordic region. Ann also worked as a Consultant at Modern Times Group MTG AB in 2011 and as a Manager at Skanska from 2008 to 2011, where they managed talent review processes and served as an HR Business Partner. Ann has earlier experience as an Area Manager at Scania Group, Research Director at Spencer Stuart, Assignment Manager at Heidrick & Struggles, and Associate Expert at the United Nations.

Ann Ekman attended Uppsala University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
