Paul J. Dunphey

Paul J. Dunphey, M.B.A., is Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, NYP Allen & the Ambulatory and Community Care Network. In this role, he leads day-to-day operations for the NYP Allen campus and works closely with the team to focus on the patient experience; quality and patient safety; financial and operational strength; and relationship building with staff, physicians, and the community. In addition, he leads NYP’s focus on community and population health. Mr. Dunphey joined NewYork-Presbyterian in 1990, and since then has held various leadership roles in operations, finance and quality with progressive responsibility. Mr. Dunphey received his undergraduate degree from Providence College and his Master of Business Administration from Baruch College.
