Matthew Rouff

Matthew Rouff has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, starting as a Marketing Coordinator at Montgomery General Hospital in 1994. Matthew later held positions such as Business Development Associate at The Hospital for Sick Children and Planning and Marketing Analyst at Guthrie. Their leadership roles include Director of Planning and Marketing at Finger Lakes Health, Special Projects Director at United Health Services, and Executive Director at Schuyler Hospital. Most recently, they served as Vice President of Programs at ACHIEVE, overseeing residential and day hab programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
