Tagwa Abdelrahman

Tagwa Abdelrahman is an experienced information technology specialist currently working at the New York State Insurance Fund since November 2020. Additionally, Tagwa serves as a substitute teacher at Shenendehowa Central School District since January 2018. Previously, Tagwa worked as an embedded software engineer at the Nile Center for Technology Research from December 2013 to January 2015, where responsibilities included writing programs for Power manager sections and enabling device driver communications with connected hardware. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology (ongoing), a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The State University of New York (2019-2022), and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sudan University of Science and Technology (2008-2013).
