Aileen Naughton

Aileen Naughton currently serves as Counsel for Labor Relations at The New York Times since August 2025. Prior to this role, Aileen held the positions of Assistant Vice President of Human Capital and Employee Relations Director at Women In Need, Inc. (Win) from May 2023 to August 2025. Aileen co-founded Hudson Baker Interiors, a small women-led business, where Aileen worked from August 2016 to March 2023. Additionally, Aileen was Associate Counsel at the New York State United Teachers, Office of the General Counsel, from August 2006 to December 2012. Aileen earned a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor (JD) from St. John's University School of Law.
