Clare Frost

Clare Frost has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Clare has held various positions in different companies, showcasing their expertise and knowledge in the field. Clare'smost recent role was as the Human Resources Director at UP Education, starting in 2023. Previously, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Cinch HR from 2022 to 2023, where they partnered with senior leaders and executives across SME clients, providing support in HR compliance, policy, employment relations, and organizational change. Prior to that, Clare held the position of Head of People & Culture at JUCY Group from 2021 to 2022, where they focused on change management and supporting employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. Clare also worked as an HR Manager at UP Education (formerly ACG Education) from 2018 to 2019, delivering higher education programs and instilling lifelong skills in students. Before that, Clare was an HR Manager at Spark New Zealand in 2018, where they supported business areas in organizational change and general HR activities. Clare has also held roles at Suncorp New Zealand and Suncorp Group, where they covered a wide range of HR activities and collaborated with Australian colleagues. Additionally, Clare has experience in HR support services, HR projects, and HR business partnering roles at Vero Insurance New Zealand and Vero.

Clare Frost is currently studying for a Graduate Diploma in Business HR Management at Auckland University of Technology.
