Ivan Jennings

Ivan Jennings has a diverse work experience. Ivan started their career at IBM in 2013 as a Technical Support Advisor, providing technical and customer service support to customers. Ivan then joined Concentrix in 2014, where they worked in various roles including Quality Analyst, Quality Manager, and Team Leader. At Concentrix, Ivan focused on improving reporting and data validation processes, creating ad-hoc reports, and influencing stakeholders using data-driven insights. In 2021, they joined Westpac New Zealand as a Team Leader, where they successfully influenced stakeholders to make changes resulting in improved customer experience and outcomes. Ivan is currently working at UP Education as a Data Scientist and Product Lead - Analytics, utilizing their skills to analyze data and contribute to product development.
