Phil Kelly

Phil Kelly is currently the Head of Business Development at O1 Labs. Prior to that, they were an Executive Director of Business Development at ConsenSys, and before that, a Business Unit Executive at IBM.

Phil has a long history of successfully developing businesses. At ConsenSys, they were responsible for incubating more than 50 ventures and building assets and infrastructure to serve many industry verticals. At IBM, they led and transformed the Business Development mission for North America in the Managed and Cloud Service Provider and ISV segment. Phil has also been recognized as a ‘Manager Champion’, one of 50 top change agents among 10K+ IBM leaders.

Phil’s experience and success in business development makes him a valuable asset to O1 Labs. Phil is responsible for overseeing the development of new business opportunities and partnerships. Under their leadership, O1 Labs has been able to grow and succeed in the ever-changing world of blockchain technology.

Phil Kelly has a MBA from INSEAD and a BSc in Economics & Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
