Carlos Daniel Santos

Carlos Daniel Santos has worked in the software engineering industry since 2018. In that year, they began working at Escalasoft Tecnologia as a Programmer and Customer Support, where they were responsible for analyzing and developing ERP system projects, gathering requirements, mapping processes, and performing data modeling to study and implement systems according to business rules. Carlos Daniel also analyzed the performance of implemented systems, solving technical problems and preparing manuals.

In 2020, Carlos began working at Mega Sistemas Corporativos as a Javascript Developer, where they developed an API for communication between an ERP and a Fintech platform. Carlos Daniel also used Node.js, Typescript, DynamoDB as a database, Jest for test coverage, and Circle CI for deployment.

In 2021, Carlos began working at Plooral Brasil as a Software Engineer. In this role, they worked on the Front-End, building screens and functionalities using reusable components through the company's design system. Carlos Daniel also had a fundamental participation in the application's Back-End, providing data strictly following the business rules.

In 2022, Carlos began working at O2OBOTS as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for developing a cross-platform chat-bot (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram) with AI DialogFlow CX. Carlos Daniel also guided and directed technical decisions aimed at Back-End and infrastructure, developed unit tests using Jest and Testing Library, and architected solutions for Back-End applications in general. Additionally, Carlos began working at Apura Tecnologia as a IT Consultant and at Wiser Educação as a Back-End Developer, where their main responsibilities included analysis and estimation of complex tasks, data modeling, and requirements gathering.

Carlos Daniel Santos attended Estácio from 2021 to 2023, where they obtained a Tecnólogo in Análise de Sistemas de Computação.
