Bailee Coffee

Bailee Coffee is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations, HR compliance, and immigration. Currently serving as the Manager of Global HR Compliance, Employee Relations, and Immigration at o9 Solutions, Inc. since November 2021, Bailee previously held multiple roles at Vistra Corp., including Employee Relations / HR Compliance, HR Generalist- Operations, and Sr. Recruiting Coordinator from March 2015 to November 2021. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Buyer at Van Bortel Aircraft from April 2014 to March 2015. Bailee earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Tarleton State University, where studies were completed between 2012 and 2014.
