Jodie Novotny has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jodie began their career at Gordon Flesch Company in 1996, where they advanced to become an Account Manager, leading a team and managing accounts within their territory. Jodie then joined IKON Office Solutions in 2003 as a Client Solutions Representative, excelling in sales by securing new accounts and maintaining strong client relationships. In 2004, Jodie ventured into entrepreneurship and started their own business, A Stitchin Good Time, where they successfully managed all aspects of the company and authored a comprehensive business plan to secure start-up capital. Jodie later joined Sears Commercial as an Account Manager from 2008 to 2011. During this time, they transitioned to the technology and events industry, working as an Account Executive at Eved in 2011. Jodie continued their career at Servantworks from 2011 to 2014 as a Business Development Manager, providing support and resources to missionaries and their programs. Currently, they hold the role of VP Sales, Americas at OAG, a leading provider of air travel data and technology solutions.

Jodie Novotny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Roosevelt University. Additionally, Jodie has obtained the MCSE certification from Microsoft.
