Ben Szanto

Ben Szanto has a strong background in healthcare and finance. Ben started their career as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Jefferies in 2012. Ben then joined Jefferies as an Investment Banking Analyst in their Mergers & Acquisitions Group in 2013. In 2016, Ben moved to Waud Capital Partners as a Private Equity Associate in their Healthcare Group. In 2019, they interned at Oak Street Health in their Corporate Development & Expansion team. Ben returned to Oak Street Health in 2020 and took on roles of increasing responsibility, starting as a Director of Managed Care, then becoming a Sr. Director, Managed Care, and currently serving as the Vice President, Managed Care.

Ben Szanto completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Healthcare Management & Strategy at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Accounting from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, during the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from the University of Michigan.
