Grace Chen

Grace Chen has had a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles within the healthcare industry. Starting in 1998 as an Account Executive at MPC Computers, they then moved on to positions such as Assistant Director of Business Development at UCI Medical Center, Director of Sales and Marketing at UCLA Immunogenetics Center, and Manager of Special Projects at DaVita. From there, they transitioned into higher-level roles, including Director of Clinical Operations at VillageHealth, Director of Business Development at University of California, Irvine Medical Center, Vice President of Transformation at DaVita Medical Group, and National Vice President of Operations at Vively Health. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Senior Vice President of Care Services at Oak Street Health. Throughout their career, Grace has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving healthcare services and addressing the needs of medically complex patient populations.

Grace Chen attended Chapman University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology.
