Tom Longley M.D.

Tom Longley MD, MPH has extensive work experience in the healthcare field. Tom is currently working as the Senior Medical Director at Oak Street Health since January 2023. Previously, from March 2020 to December 2022, they served as the Medical Director at Presbyterian Healthcare Services. Prior to that, they held the position of Family Medicine Physician at the same organization from July 2015 to March 2020. Tom began their career as a Family Medicine Resident at Trinity Health (HQ Michigan) in June 2012 and completed their residency in June 2015.

Tom Longley MD, MPH completed their Associate of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist at the College of Lake County from 1997 to 2000. Tom then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in the same field at the University of Illinois Chicago from 2000 to 2001. Later, they attended the University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine where they earned their Doctor of Medicine degree from 2006 to 2011. Concurrently, from 2009 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Public Health degree at the University of Iowa College of Public Health.
