Olivia Dole

Olivia Dole, MSW, LCSW, CCM has a diverse work experience in the field of social work. Olivia currently holds the position of Position Leader for Medical Social Work (Director) at Oak Street Health starting in October 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Position Leader for Medical Social Work (Senior Manager) at the same organization from May 2022 to October 2023. Olivia also held the role of Lead Social Worker-Indiana & Kentucky (INKY) and Lead Social Worker-Indianapolis at Oak Street Health from September 2020 to May 2022 and December 2019 to September 2020, respectively. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from Indiana University Bloomington from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their academic achievements, Olivia also holds certifications as a Case Manager from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Indiana.
