Ann Jackson

Ann Jackson serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Oak View Group since January 2021, bringing extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Previously, Ann held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Charter Communications and Spectrum, overseeing HR operations in various capacities from October 2017 to January 2021. Ann's earlier experience includes significant tenure at The Madison Square Garden Company as Vice President of Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed strategic partnership, compliance facilitation, and employee management across multiple venues. Ann’s career launched at NBC, where responsibilities included managing the Page Program and handling employee relations. Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of New Haven and an MBA from Southern Connecticut State University.
