Steve S. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. 🤓 Steve started their career at Experian as a Business Analyst from 2004 to 2008. 🤓 Steve then joined HP Enterprise Services and worked as a Business Analyst, leading projects to replace interactive kiosks and deliver enhancements to a customer relationship management suite. Steve later joined HSBC as a Solutions Analyst, where they successfully launched the HSBC Mobile Banking App in the UK and worked on a Global Customer Due Diligence program. After their time at HSBC, Steve joined Oakbrook Finance as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, and Product Owner for Underwriting and Loan Management. 🤓 Steve contributed to vision definition, requirements gathering, and solution development in Agile environments. 🤓 Steve then joined Experian again as a Senior Product Manager before returning to Oakbrook as the Lead Product Manager - Servicing Tribe. In this role, they provided strategic direction for the tribe and led a team, contributing to Oakbrook's vision of changing lending for the better. Most recently, Steve became the Head of Commercial at Oakbrook, where they helped refocus the business following a significant workforce reduction, set OKRs, launched a new product, increased lending, and completed Consumer Duty. Steve's work experience demonstrates their ability to contribute to strategic direction, manage teams and projects, and drive initiatives for growth and cost reduction.

Steve S. attended Loughborough University from 1998 to 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Maths & Management. In September 2022, they obtained a certification in Product Management Foundations from the Product Institute.
