Irene Rodriguez has a diverse range of work experience in the senior living industry. Irene started as an Administrative Assistant at Smart & Final in 1999 and later transitioned to roles at various senior living facilities. Irene worked as a Lead Concierge at Summerville Senior Living from 2005 to 2007, before becoming a Business Office Director at Emeritus from 2007 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Business Office Manager at Brookdale, and then joined Sunset Manor as an Office Associate. Irene then worked at Vintage Senior Living as a Business Office Director from 2015 to 2016. Irene'smost recent role was as a Business Office Director at Senior Resource Group from 2016 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Oakmont Senior Living as a Business Office Director.

Irene Rodriguez attended Bryman College from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration.
