Paul Sanett

Paul Sanett has extensive experience in various roles, starting with their current position as Chief Growth Officer at Oasis Marinas since 2023. Before that, they served as a Board Advisor for Lawless Lures in 2022, where they contributed to the company's innovative fishing lure product.

From 2021 to 2023, Paul was the Chief Operating Officer at STAR HARBOR, a commercial spaceflight training facility and research campus. Paul managed fund raising, campus operations, research and development, and sales and marketing.

Paul also served as a Senior Advisor for RiverNorth in 2021, where they focused on investment opportunities and provided support and coaching to portfolio companies. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Consultant since 2010, advising organizations in various industries such as travel, hospitality, consumer retail, and SaaS on strategic planning, fundraising, branding, and operational excellence.

From 2016 to 2021, Paul held the position of Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing & M&A at Hornblower Group, where they led revenue growth, sales, marketing, and innovation efforts. Paul also worked as a Vice President, Business Strategy at RiverNorth from 2014 to 2016, responsible for corporate strategy, new investment opportunities, and managing an investment portfolio.

Paul's earlier experience includes roles at Hilton, where they served as Senior Director, Global Marketing and Director, Corporate Development. In these roles, they led brand and product strategy, reduced overhead costs, expanded the company's footprint in new markets, and established a marketing function for new hotel brands.

Paul Sanett has a degree in Psychology (BA Hons) from the University of Sussex. Paul also completed a Finance for Senior Managers program at the London Business School, where they focused on Accounting and Finance. Additionally, they completed the Elevator Graduate Trainee Programme at Hilton. Prior to that, Paul completed their Common Entrance, GCSEs, and A Levels at The Mill Hill School Foundation.
