Jason Hickey

Jason Hickey has worked for various companies in roles ranging from Application Engineer to Cyber Security Engineer. Jason began their career in 2005 as an Application Engineer for ALACAD, where they analyzed customer workflows and provided technical information to improve their processes. In 2007, they worked as a Senior Implementation Consultant for Engineered Efficiency, where they created custom software training and evaluated in-house custom programming. Jason then worked for Autodesk as a Senior Support Technical Team Lead and a Senior Enterprise Services Technical Specialist, where they coordinated defect escalations and delivered software release readiness training. In 2016, they founded Jickey Consulting and also worked as a Business Operations Manager for The Rosewood Group. Jason then worked for Shaw Technology, LLC as a Backup/Security Administrator and an IT Specialist, and for Sawyer Solutions as a Team Lead. Jason currently works as a Cyber Security Engineer for OASYS, INC.

Jason Hickey holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Western Governors University, which they obtained in 2018. In 2016, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations also from Western Governors University. Prior to that, they attended Auburn University between 1993 and 1995, where they studied Civil Engineering. Jason has also obtained several certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco Business Architecture Analyst, CompTIA Project+, and Six Sigma Black Belt.
