Allison Smart

Allison Smart has extensive legal experience in various roles, primarily with Belron as Legal Director for Australasia since September 2009, where responsibilities include providing legal services to the O'Brien brand in Australia and Smith&Smith in New Zealand. Additionally, Allison serves as Chair of the Board for Laboratories Credit Union, having held various positions since 2009. Prior to these roles, Allison operated a consulting legal practice and served as General Counsel and Company Secretary at MBF for over a decade. Educational credentials include a BComm/LLB with Merit from UNSW, a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance, and a Masters of Health Law from the University of Sydney.
