David West

David West has extensive experience in workforce management and operational leadership, currently serving as the National Workforce Excellence Manager at O'Brien Glass Industries since January 1998, where responsibilities include workforce planning and excellence. Prior to this role, David was a Regional Manager at O'Brien Glass Industries overseeing multi-site management, and previously held a similar position at Spotless Services, managing staff and facility operations at mining sites across Queensland and the Northern Territory. Earlier in David's career, positions at PepsiCo spanned from operations to marketing management within the food division. David holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Queensland, completed between 1980 and 1984.
