Medha Chaturvedi

Medha Chaturvedi has extensive work experience in human resources. Medha currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Observe.AI since June 2023. Before that, they worked as an Associate Director of Human Resources at Unacademy from February 2022 to May 2023. Prior to that, Medha served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at ClearTax India from December 2018 to January 2022. Medha also held the role of HR Manager - Talent Management at Shoppers Stop from November 2016 to August 2018. Medha's previous positions include HR Manager - Performance Management at L&T Financial Services from December 2014 to December 2015, Assistant Manager, Human Capital Reporting & Analytics at Citi from June 2014 to December 2014, and Senior Associate Lead BP-HR at Infosys from June 2011 to May 2014. Medha began their career as a Summer Trainee at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. in April 2010.

Medha Chaturvedi completed their Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Organizational Development and Change from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in the year 2019. Previous to that, they obtained their MBA degree with a specialization in HR from the Goa Institute of Management (GIM) between 2009 and 2011. Medha holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from ISABELLA THOBURN P.G. COLLEGE, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Medha'ssenior secondary education in Biology/Biological Sciences, General was completed at La Martinere College from 2003 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Medha Chaturvedi also holds certifications in the field. Medha is a Certified Engagement Expert from Aon Hewitt Learning Center, which they attained in December 2017. Additionally, they have completed the Strategic Planning Fundamentals certification from LinkedIn in March 2017.
