Colby Davis has a diverse professional background, ranging from leadership roles in HR and sales to consulting in healthcare IT and customer insights. With experience in operations, procurement, and data analysis, Colby has shown a strong ability to drive strategic initiatives and create impactful change. Starting as a missionary in India, Colby has since earned a Bachelor's degree in Middle Eastern Studies and Arabic, followed by an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. At present, Colby serves as the President and Chief Revenue Officer at Obsidian HR, where the focus is on offering tailored HR solutions to support small businesses.
