Mariusz Łuciów

Mariusz Łuciów has a strong work experience in the software development and engineering field. Mariusz started their career as a Software Developer at Guardier S.A. in 2011 and then worked as a Project Manager at Red Cloud Soft, where they built and led an agile team. After that, they joined KRUK S.A. as a Senior Software Developer, where they focused on maintenance and enterprise integration with legacy systems. In 2014, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at Look4App, specializing in government system design and development. Later that year, they became a Team Leader at Cohesiva, where they designed and developed an Internet of Things system. Since 2015, Mariusz has been working at Ocado Technology, where they have held various roles including Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Principal Software Engineer, and currently serves as the Head of Engineering - Development Services - Platform Engineering. In this role, they lead a department of around 100 people and is responsible for building and supporting the Ocado Technology Platform, ensuring the full-stack support for engineers and enabling millions of changes to be deployed each quarter. Mariusz's main areas of interest include Platform Services and Cloud.

Mariusz Łuciów completed their education with a Master's degree in Informatyka from the University of Wroclaw in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's degree in Informatyka from the same university in 2014. Additionally, they have an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer certification from Oracle.
