Joe Milczewski

Joe Milczewski is a seasoned professional in government affairs and political consulting, currently serving as Vice President of State Government Affairs at Occidental since August 2019. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Director and Director of Government Relations at Occidental and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, as well as Manager of State Government Affairs at Black Hills Corporation. Joe's background also encompasses public relations and communications, having worked at Pure Brand Communications, Big Creek Communications, and as a consultant for the Republican National Committee. Additional experience includes campaign management for U.S. Senator John Barrasso and serving as Communications Director for a former U.S. Representative. Joe Milczewski holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Wyoming.
