Suzanne Wellen

Suzanne Wellen is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial litigation and regulatory law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Occidental Chemical since February 2022, Suzanne provides legal support for the Supply Chain Transportation and Logistics functions, handling various transportation methods and assisting with multiple product lines. Prior to this role, Suzanne spent eight years at BNSF Railway, where responsibilities included managing commercial litigation, economic regulatory matters, and bankruptcy portfolios, while also supporting sales and marketing units.
