Mark Gardner

Mark Gardner is an experienced housing executive with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Group Chief Executive at Ocean Housing Group Ltd since November 2016, Mark previously held the Chief Executive position at Melin Homes from April 2007 to October 2016 and at Eastern Valley Housing Association from 1995 to 2007. Mark's early career included a directorial role with the Chartered Institute of Housing for Wales and the South West and various positions at Alyn and Deeside District Council, culminating in the role of Tenant Services Manager. Mark Gardner holds a Master of Arts in Leadership in Public Services from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
