Aaron Yip, MS is a Senior Product Development Scientist with experience in leading product development activities in various food companies such as Ocean Spray Cranberries, SharkNinja, and Monogram Foods. With a Master's degree in Food Science from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Aaron has a strong background in developing new products, improving existing ones, and ensuring they meet USDA or FDA standards. Aaron's experience includes formulating recipes, conducting sensory tests, and working closely with cross-functional teams to launch new products successfully. Additionally, Aaron has worked on quality assurance, research and development, and independent research projects during their career.
