M.D. Rakibul Hasan

Md Rakibul Hasan has a diverse background in continuous improvement and process engineering. Md Rakibul is currently the Head of Performance Excellence for Global Supply Chain & Operations at Ocean Spray Cranberries. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement at Home Market Foods and as the Manager of Continuous Improvement at TreeHouse Foods. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as World Class Manufacturing Champion at Magna International, Process Improvement Engineer at A.L.P. Lighting Components, and Product Process Specialist at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Md Rakibul also gained experience as an intern in mold and die engineering at DENSO Manufacturing Michigan, Inc. and as a graduate assistant at Grand Valley State University. Throughout their roles, Rakibul has demonstrated strong skills in driving operational excellence and leading continuous improvement projects.

Md Rakibul Hasan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, which they are expected to obtain in 2024. Md Rakibul also holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Grand Valley State University, obtained from 2014 to 2016. Md Rakibul'sundergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, completed from 2006 to 2012. Additionally, Rakibul Hasan has obtained various certifications, including Executive Decision-Making, Artificial Intelligence and Business Strategy, Strategic Planning: Case Studies, Strategic Planning Foundations, Developing Leadership Presence, Business Analytics Specialization from The Wharton School, Strategic Thinking, Data Analytics for Business Professionals, Lean Manufacturing Boot Camp, Lead Like a Boss, ENGEL Robot Advanced CC300, ENGEL Robot Basics CC300, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Process Improvement from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Md Rakibul has also undergone industrial training on Shipbuilding Technology and received certifications in Internal Auditing Technique of ISO 9001:2008 and a Short Course on Noise Control and Fire Fighting.
