Aki Temiseva

Global Vice President, Fundraising at Ocean Wise

Aki Temiseva has a diverse and successful work experience in various leadership roles primarily in fundraising, marketing, and development. From 2023, Aki serves as the Global Vice President of Fundraising at Ocean Wise. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2023, Aki worked as the Chief Marketing and Development Officer (CMDO) at Children Believe, where they successfully rebranded the organization and led their global fundraising, marketing, and communications efforts.

Before Children Believe, Aki held the position of Global Vice President of Philanthropy at Right To Play from 2016 to 2019. In this role, Aki was responsible for managing the organization's global fundraising portfolio and achieved significant growth in both net results and top-line revenue.

Aki also has experience at ChildFund International, where they worked as the Chief Development and Marketing Officer from 2015 to 2016. During their time there, Aki implemented a successful fundraising and marketing strategy and reversed the decline in supporter base.

At Procter & Gamble, Aki held various marketing and sales roles, including Marketing Manager of the Nordics and Head of the Consumer Innovation Team. They played a key role in brand management and driving sales growth.
