Chathushka Amarasinghe

Chathushka Amarasinghe currently serves as the Right Hand to the Founder at Oceans since January 2024. Previously, Chathushka worked at KPMG from March 2018 to January 2024, holding positions such as Consultant focused on Family Business & Board Governance and ESG advisory, as well as Associate Consultant and Junior Tax Associate, specializing in tax compliance and advisory. Earlier experience includes an internship at the Centre for Poverty Analysis in late 2016 and a role at HSBC from May 2013 to May 2014 in Financial Crime Compliance Operations, where Chathushka received Star of the Month awards for outstanding performance in October and November 2013. Chathushka holds a Certified Tax Advisor credential from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and has earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Northwood University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from the University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka. Educational background includes attendance at Ladies' College from 1997 to 2012.
