Zeenath Sathar

Zeenath Sathar currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Oceans since May 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources and organizational culture. Previously, Zeenath held various senior HR positions, including Director of People & Culture at CAKE Engineering and Head of HR at Axiata Digital Labs. Notable roles also include Head of HR at ShipXpress (both under Kaleris and Wabtec companies) and Director HR at GE Transportation. Zeenath's career in HR began as a Management Trainee at Lanka Equities, progressing through multiple HR roles. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business, an LLB from the University of London, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Colombo, along with several professional certifications in human resource management and counseling.
