Dimitris Polychronopoulos

Dimitris Polychronopoulos is an accomplished professional in the fields of bioinformatics and computational biology, currently serving as the Director (In Silico Biology) and Head of Discovery at Ochre Bio since January 2023, where leadership of a global team and project management are key responsibilities. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Director at AstraZeneca, where Dimitris led oncology bioinformatics teams and received the CEO Award in 2022, and Data Scientist at Genomics England, contributing to the 100K genomes project.
