Jeff Xu

Jeff Xu began their work experience in 2010 at Jabil as a Lead Test. Jeff then joined dongguan Elcoteq Electronics Co.,Ltd in 2011 as a Test Manager. In 2012, Jeff joined Alcatel as an OPS Test Manager / Product Manager, where they helped improve test stability, reduce maintenance costs, set up new test capacities, developed plans for team members, and supported transfer project preparation. Additionally, they led the product team in introducing new products, reducing RMA and product WIP within 3 months to reach targets. In 2015, Jeff became an OPS Engineering Manager at Alcatel.

Jeff Xu attended Guangzhou University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
