Nabil Jebrane

Nabil JEBRANE has a diverse work experience in the field of health, safety, and environment (HSE). Nabil started their career as an HSE Engineer at SAMIR's Refinery, where they were involved in establishing and updating prevention plans, developing work procedures with HSE integration, and conducting toolbox meetings and training sessions on safety rules and best practices. Nabil then joined OCP SA, where they held various roles including HSE Engineer, HSE Senior Engineer, HSE Manager at SAFI HUB, HSE Manager at Jorf Lasfar HUB, and currently serves as the Head of HSE & Security du Complexe chimique -OCP de Jorf Lasfar. In these positions, they managed the implementation of integrated management systems, governance and operational standards, delivered HSE training programs in collaboration with Dupont trainers, organized simulations of dangerous situations, and oversaw safety projects. Nabil has demonstrated expertise in the HSE field throughout their career.

Nabil JEBRANE has a Master's degree in Advanced Public Action from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech, which they obtained from 2018 to 2020. Nabil also holds an Executive Specialized Master's degree in Public Policy from UM6P - Mohammed VI Polytechnic University during the same period. In 2019, Nabil started pursuing a NEBOSH National General Diploma In Occupational Safety & Health from SHEilds in HULL, United Kingdom. In 2016, they earned a CFPA Europe Diploma in Fire Prevention from the Centre National de Prévention et de Protection (CNPP) in Vernon, France. Additionally, Nabil obtained an International Associate Risk Management Diploma from the Insurance Institute of America in 2013. Nabil'sinitial degree, an Engineer's degree in SHE, was completed at Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Rabat from 2006 to 2009.
