Lynden Bajus

Lynden Bajus has worked in various roles in the product management field since 2014. In 2016, they began working at TE Connectivity as a Product Manager, Product Management Rotation Associate, Customer Excellence, Pricing Analyst, and Industrial Engineer. After six years at TE Connectivity, they moved to Octave Bioscience in 2022, where they currently serve as a Product Manager. Before joining TE Connectivity, they worked as a Quality Engineering Intern at Mon Health, where they conducted time studies to establish process benchmark times and analyzed current scheduling and staffing patterns.

Lynden Bajus holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University.
