John Flores

John Flores has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. John is currently serving as the Chief Innovation Officer at ocV!BE, where they are responsible for developing new concepts and aligning business objectives with an emerging innovation strategy. Additionally, they are a Board Member of the Executive Committee at Immersive Arts Alliance, a non-profit organization that encourages multidisciplinary exhibits and performances.

Previously, John was the Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer at Britelite Immersive, where they focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through immersive and interactive technologies. John also served as the Creative Technology Director at TEDxUNPlaza, overseeing the development of the organization's brand identity and technology implementation.

Prior to that, John worked as the Experiential Marketing Director at Madrone Studios, driving the messaging impact of immersive and interactive technologies for corporate events. John also had experience as the Founding Partner and Executive Account Manager at Studio SQ, a recording facility and artist development agency.

Furthermore, John worked as the Lead System Designer at Soundcastle Interactive, where they created patented system applications and oversaw technical and business documentation. John also served as a Mentor at Recording, Radio & Film Connection, guiding audio students in real-world studios.

Lastly, John worked as the Technical Director at VICE Media, managing event coordination and production for various LA-based venues. Throughout their work experience, John has demonstrated a strong focus on innovation, customer experience, and the integration of technology in creative industries.

John Flores earned an Associates degree in Communications from San Francisco State University between 1997 and 1999.
