Vaibhav Arora

Vaibhav Arora's work experience begins in 2003 when they founded and directed a recruitment firm called Career Options. At Career Options, they managed all aspects of the business operations and human resources, specializing in IT-enabled services. Vaibhav led full lifecycle recruitment, managed budgeting, and implemented cost-effective talent acquisition strategies.
