Lars Due-Sørensen has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Lars started their career in 2008 with an internship at the Correctional Services Department of the Norwegian Ministry of Justice and Public Security. After this, Lars joined GE where they held various positions, including HR Representative, Talent Acquisition Partner, HR Payroll Project Manager, and finally, Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Acquisition Leader for the Nordics. In 2018, Lars transitioned to Canon EMEA as an HR Business Partner, responsible for collaborating with Canon Norway's commercial leaders. Currently, Lars works at Oda as the Director of People for Norway, leading HR for approximately 800 employees across two fulfillment centers and the company headquarters. Lars has gained valuable experience in HR, strategic planning, recruitment, talent acquisition, and project management throughout their career.

Lars Due-Sørensen holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from the BI Norwegian Business School, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Administration and Leadership from Oslo and Akershus University College from 2006 to 2009. In 2005 to 2006, Lars also studied Sociology at the University of Oslo for a year. Additionally, they have a certification as a Certified Exam Proctor in Distance Learning from the Georgia Institute of Technology, obtained in 2013.
