Andrea Shananaquet

Andrea Shananaquet has extensive work experience in the casino and regulatory industries. Andrea began their career in 2002 as a Compliance Manager at Odawa Casino Resort, where they worked until July 2019. During their time at Odawa, they also served as the Director of Human Resources. In 2004, they joined Victories Casino & Hotel as an Executive Assistant to the General Manager, a position they held until 2007. Additionally, Andrea worked as a Background Investigator at LTBB- Regulatory Dept from 2002 to 2004.

Andrea Shananaquet received their education primarily from Central Michigan University. Andrea first pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Community Development and Psychology from 2012 to 2014. Following this, they obtained a Master of Science in Administration (M.S.A.) with a focus on Human Resources, completing the degree program from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Education (MEd) in Education and successfully completed the program from 2017 to 2019. Before attending Central Michigan University, Andrea earned an Associates Degree in Casino Hospitality Management from North Central Michigan College between 2004 and 2008.
